This policy applies to services purchased directly from EASY PAY DIRECT LLC unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
1. General Policy
EASY PAY DIRECT LLC provides business-to-business merchant services support, payment processing consultation, payment gateway assistance, onboarding support, and related service coordination. Because many services involve administrative time, consultation, underwriting support, provider coordination, technical setup, compliance review, and third-party systems, refund eligibility may depend on the type of service purchased, the stage of work completed, and the terms of the applicable service agreement.
2. No Refunds for Completed Services
Fees paid for completed services are generally non-refundable. Completed services may include consultation time, merchant account review, application support, document review, gateway setup, integration guidance, underwriting coordination, risk review support, business analysis, administrative processing, training, or other work already performed.
3. Setup Fees and Administrative Fees
Setup fees, onboarding fees, application support fees, gateway configuration fees, administrative fees, and similar service fees may be non-refundable once work has begun. These fees may cover time and resources used to review information, coordinate with providers, configure systems, prepare documentation, or support merchant onboarding.
4. Third-Party Fees
Certain fees may be charged by third-party processors, banks, gateways, software providers, compliance vendors, or other service providers. EASY PAY DIRECT LLC is not responsible for refunding third-party fees unless we specifically collected those fees and a written agreement states that they are refundable. Third-party refund requests may be subject to the policies of the applicable provider.
5. Merchant Account Approval
Payment processing and merchant account approval are subject to underwriting review, risk assessment, compliance checks, provider approval, and financial institution requirements. If an application is declined by a processor, bank, gateway, or underwriting partner, refund eligibility for any fees paid to EASY PAY DIRECT LLC will depend on whether services were already performed and the terms of the written agreement.
Submitting an inquiry, application, or documents does not guarantee approval. EASY PAY DIRECT LLC does not guarantee processing approval, account opening, specific pricing, specific reserves, settlement timing, or processing limits.
6. Consultation Services
Consultation fees, if charged, are generally non-refundable once the consultation has occurred or once preparation work has begun. If a client needs to reschedule a consultation, we may allow rescheduling when reasonable notice is provided.
7. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client cancels a paid service before any work has begun, the client may request a refund review. Refund approval is not automatic and may depend on payment processing costs, administrative handling, scheduling, and the specific service purchased.
8. Refund Request Process

The request should include the client name, business name, contact information, payment date, service purchased, amount paid, and reason for the refund request. We may request additional information before making a decision.
9. Review Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, but review times may vary depending on the nature of the request, the service involved, and whether third-party information is required.
10. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund will typically be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or payment method used. Any payment processing fees or non-refundable third-party fees may be deducted when permitted by law and agreement.
11. No Guarantee of Business Results
EASY PAY DIRECT LLC does not guarantee that services will result in approval, increased revenue, reduced processing costs, chargeback elimination, uninterrupted processing, or any specific business outcome. Refunds will not be issued solely because a client did not achieve a desired business result unless a written agreement specifically provides otherwise.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us, we reserve the right to provide documentation of services, agreements, communications, and work performed to the payment provider or financial institution. We encourage clients to contact us first so we can review and address concerns directly.
13. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
